Me and my husband Mark would love to invite you to step into a space designed just for you—a space where healing, connection, and growth unfold naturally. Whether you come alone or with a partner, or friend, our intimate retreats are crafted to meet you exactly where you are.
Using somatic practices, breathwork, and reconnecting you to your emotional flow, we guide you gently back to yourself. This is your chance to slow down, reconnect with your body, and let emotions move freely in a supportive environment. Together, we’ll create a retreat experience that feels deeply personal and attuned to your unique journey.
We are hosting these events in the heart of a beautiful forest that is nestled close to a flowing river. Surrounded by the rhythms of wild nature, you’ll feel the grounding presence of old trees and the soothing energy of water. This natural setting is also an active part of your journey, gently supporting your process of healing and reconnection to your true nature.

In-person BBTRS workshops offer immersive experiences where participants engage in daily activities, including meditation, group exercises, hands-on techniques, and personal BBTRS sessions. These workshops provide a unique opportunity to delve into the entire scope of the modality, addressing aspects such as felt sense, resourcing, pendulation, self-bodywork, unwinding spinal movements, and grounding. The collective energy of the group enhances the organic development of the work, fostering personal growth. This one-week immersive experience in a collective space is invaluable, offering a transformative learning environment.
All of the on-location workshops are part of our Practitioner Certification series, and also are open to Experiential Breathers wishing to include BBTRS® in their own, personal healing process. Please see the curriculum for details and prerequisites.

I write for people who once believed that sensitivity was a flaw. The ones who learned early that it was safer to be brave — who covered tenderness, softness with competence, independence, self sufficiency and an “I can do it” attitude.
