Grudzień to czas, kiedy dni stają się krótsze, a noc dominuje nad światłem, przypominając nam o tym, że część naszego życia i nas samych leży w cieniu. Właśnie wtedy natura zachęca nas, abyśmy weszli w ciemność, zarówno wokół, jak i wewnątrz siebie, spotkali się z własnymi podświadomymi wzorcami. To szczególny moment, by przyjrzeć się wszystkiemu, co odrzucamy, tłumimy lub nie chcemy zauważyć – zarówno w emocjach, jak i w ciele – by świadomie przejść przez proces odnowy i oczyścić przestrzeń na nadchodzący rok.

Metoda BBTRS® umożliwia dotarcie do emocji i napięć zapisanych w ciele, prowadząc nas przez bezpieczny proces, który obejmuje:

Oddech: Specjalne techniki oddychania pozwalają na intensywną pracę z energią, pomagają odblokować głęboko zakorzenione emocje oraz ułatwiają wyjście poza mechanizmy obronne umysłu.

Ruch: Ruch ciała uwalnia napięcia, które kumulują się w mięśniach i stawach. Pozwala on na wyrażenie emocji w pełni i pomaga w integracji trudnych doświadczeń.

Dźwięk: Poprzez wydobywanie dźwięków, takich jak śpiew, krzyk lub westchnienie, pozwalamy emocjom i blokadom ujrzeć światło dzienne, a to pozwala na rozluźnienie całego systemu nerwowego.

Dotyk: Delikatny, świadomy dotyk wspiera proces uzdrawiania, przynosi poczucie bezpieczeństwa i pomaga poczuć swoje ciało oraz połączenie z własnymi emocjami.

We are hosting these events in the heart of a beautiful forest that is nestled close to a flowing river. Surrounded by the rhythms of wild nature, you’ll feel the grounding presence of old trees and the soothing energy of water. This natural setting is also an active part of your journey, gently supporting your process of healing and reconnection to your true nature.

BIODYNAMIC BREATHWORK AND TRAUMA RELEASE®
In-person BBTRS workshops offer immersive experiences where participants engage in daily activities, including meditation, group exercises, hands-on techniques, and personal BBTRS sessions. These workshops provide a unique opportunity to delve into the entire scope of the modality, addressing aspects such as felt sense, resourcing, pendulation, self-bodywork, unwinding spinal movements, and grounding. The collective energy of the group enhances the organic development of the work, fostering personal growth. This one-week immersive experience in a collective space is invaluable, offering a transformative learning environment.

All of the on-location workshops are part of our Practitioner Certification series, and also are open to Experiential Breathers wishing to include BBTRS® in their own, personal healing process. Please see the curriculum for details and prerequisites.

Founder Steph Magenta holds a business vision that works within the guiding principle of living in the right relation with ourselves, each other and the Earth.

Through the program, we take our students on a journey through what it means to support others in the safe exploration of body, mind and spirit. We are trauma informed and hold ethical practice at the heart of what we do and how we show up in the world. There is a saying, “how you do one thing is how you do everything,” and this speaks to personal alignment and integrity; the whole ethos behind our program. We invite your inquiry with an open heart - stay curious about what calls you, your heart is speaking! This is what we move towards when listening to the heart and what shamanism often refers to as “Walking in Beauty”, a Navajo/Diné prayer for living in the right relation.
